Space Rental:
Union Arts can be rented for a variety of uses.
-You may rent it to put on a specific exhibition or performance.
-To use as a soundstage or a set for Photo/Video/Film shoots. Set up an animation studio,edit film, video, do voiceovers, etc...
-For rehearsals, meetings, revivals, weddings, you name it. Just be responsible for your actions and don't do anything illegal!
Rental Proceedure:
Write a statement of use, please make it as detailed as possible.
Include dates and times you wish to use the space.
What support or equipment you would want, if any.
Submit it to booking@unionarts.net.
Price Schedule:
$100.00 deposit
$50.00 for a single day
Multiple Days:
$40.00 per day Thurs - Sun
$30.00 per day Mon - Wed
Blocks:
$150.00 for full Thurs - Sun access
$75.00 for full Mon - Wed access
Bulk:
$225.00 for a full week
$600.00 for a full month
Openings:
-to have the public into UnionArts, you must have a UA rep on hand,
there is a sliding scale fee based on the type of event-

*the above prices come with limited support; a key for access to the space, restroom, climate control, lighting, electricity for your equipment.
Other equipment and support services are available. Including full production service!
Tools are available, including:
drill press, pnumatic nailers, mapp gas welding, grinders, various saws, screw guns, etc... (inquire)
Full service fabrication available!
